Returns
In the unlikely event you need
to return a product, kindly contact your Commercial Marketing account
representative for a return authorization. Returns received without a return
authorization will not be accepted.
Payment
Terms
Commercial Marketing accepts credit
cards, established credit terms or cash in advance.
Credit cards We accept Visa, or MasterCard. We will not charge your credit card until
your order has shipped, and we will fax an authorization form for you to
sign.
Establishing
credit Commercial Marketing will extend credit to approved customers. A credit
check will be performed based upon information received within your completed
credit application and an evaluation of your credit requirements. An appropriate
line of credit will be established. In the event that you do not meet our
minimum credit requirements, there are other options available to you. Your
Account Manager or our Credit Manager will contact you to discuss those options.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days - all payments are due 30 days
from the date of invoice. You will be invoiced when the last item on your order
is shipped.
If you have an existing account, there are conditions under
which your account may be placed on credit hold:
If your account is over 30
days past due
If a cheque is returned for

In the event of a debt being
turned over to third party collections
If the combined amount of
multiple orders exceeds your approved credit limit
1st Time
orders
We will generally ask for a 50% deposit
with your first time order, and until credit terms or a credit history have
been established.
Cash in advance: For those customers who do not wish
to or cannot establish a Commercial Marketing credit account or use a credit
card, we will require payment prior to manufacturing your
order.
